Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not refundable. 

Please check your items carefully upon receipt! In the event of a manufacturer defect of full price items, you must notify Jax Bow Co. at jaxbowco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of your item and include photos of the item to show the defect. Please note that all items are handmade and slight flaws are to be expected. To be eligible for a return in the event of a manufacturer defect, your item MUST be unworn. We will provide a return shipping label to send the item back to us, but the item MUST be mailed within 5 business days. If we have a replacement in stock, the replacement will ship out to you upon receipt and inspection of the defective item  If we do not have a replacement to offer you, a store credit will be issued. Failure to return the defective item within the 5 business days will result in your item no longer being eligible for return/exchange. 

Any item in which a discount code was used OR mark-down sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer replacements or any further discounts for manufacturing defects on these items.

Items that have been worn are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges.
