Shipping Policy
Change of Address: In the event that you move or need to change your shipping address, please notify us at jaxbowco@gmail.com to request a change of address.
Returned or Lost Package: If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for new shipping fees. Jax Bow Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. We are no longer responsible for any packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of USPS.
Preorder Items: All estimated time of arrivals (ETA) for preorders are shown on the item image when ordering, All ETAs are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Please pay attention to the ETA for preorder items and take this into consideration when determining what bow you'd like to order. Please do NOT combine ready to ship items and preorder items in one single order. If you do, the ready to ship item will not be shipped out to you until your preorder item(s) arrives. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and report any shipping issues (missing items, wrong patterns/colors, etc) within 14 days of receipt.
Ready to ship items: All ready to ship items will ship within 72 hours, but often times they will ship same day! Please do NOT combine ready to ship items and preorder items in one single order. If you do, the ready to ship item will not be shipped out to you until your preorder item(s) arrives.
